Experience Level: 2-4
Looking for someone with previous experience in Program Management of Voice of the Customer program specifically someone who understands:
- Strategic focus on delivering a World Class Customer Experience and driving Customer Loyalty
- Leading the planning, execution, and delivery of large-scale, complex projects with cross-team collaboration
- Developing comprehensive project documentation, including project plans, communication plans, status reports, and risk assessments
- Ability to create business cases that would measure the business impact of making CX improvements, as well as the customer sentiment improvements
- Strong attention to detail and program management skills
- Mastery in storytelling and helping others see the big picture on how CX improvements are critical to customer success
- Someone who is flexible, proactive, works well under deadlines, and ensures quality and accuracy
