- B.S. 7 YOE of Instructional Designer experience.

Job Description:
- We are seeking a dedicated Instructional Designer to join our team for a complex project.
- As an individual contributor, you will collaborate with subject matter experts to design, develop, and implement high-quality instructional materials.
- Your mission is to create engaging content that meets learning objectives, enhancing staff comprehension, compliance, and inspection readiness through corporate Learning Management Systems (LMS).
- You will work closely with training content experts and other instructional design team members to deliver exceptional learning experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate virtually with subject matter experts to create simplified instructional materials for online courses focused on clinical trials.
- Design and revise storyboards, simulations, and multimedia elements that enrich the learning experience.
- Ensure alignment of instructional content with learning objectives, design principles, and best practices for effective online learning.
- Manage timelines and coordinate with project teams to ensure timely delivery of course materials.
- Engage with cross-functional teams, including project managers, through meetings and one-on-one discussions to achieve project goals.
- Work effectively within a team of instructional designers on fast-moving projects with evolving needs.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in instructional design, instructional technology, or related field preferred.
- Minimum of 7 years in instructional design with a focus on creating interactive content.
- Proficiency in authoring tools like Articulate Rise & Storyline, Captivate, and Adobe Illustrator.
Skills:
- Exceptional communication and strong project management skills, with the ability to handle multiple projects in a cross-functional environment.
- Preferred experience in biotech/pharmaceutical/GxP or other highly regulated industries.
- Demonstrated experience in developing training content.
- Mastery of tools like Articulate Rise & Storyline, Captivate, and Adobe Illustrator.
- Excellent communication skills with strength in project management.

- Insufficient Instructional Design Experience
- Inexperience with working on a design team
- No larger organization experience
- No Pharmaceutical R&D experience
Interview Process:
