Job Description

Title: Customer Service Rep. I/Call Center Agent
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:45 AM - 5:15 PM EST
Duration: 6 months
Location: Remote


Job Description:
  • Client is seeking a Remote Call Center Agent to join our team.
  • This role will support online portal access, provide product education, and handle a wide variety of questions while ensuring a world-class customer experience.
  • The ideal candidate will be passionate about customer service and motivated to work in a production-based call center.
Job Duties/Responsibilities:
  • Resolve customer issues with products or services via inbound/outbound calls and e-mail.
  • Assist with online portal access including user maintenance, password resets, and web browser troubleshooting.
  • Schedule appointments.
  • Provide customer education on products and services.
  • Work in multiple databases to research complex issues and questions.
  • Ensure HIPAA compliance.
  • Respond to all customer inquiries within a timely manner.
  • Accurately document customer interactions.
  • Speak with customers in a courteous, friendly, and professional manner.
  • Evaluate the nature of customer issues to determine the proper resolution.
  • Utilize internal resources as needed to resolve complex issues.
  • Follow-up with customers to ensure issues are resolved.
  • Maintain productivity and performance standards.
Required Skills:
  • Reliable high-speed internet and a designated/quiet workspace suitable for remote work.
  • High School Diploma or GED equivalent required.
  • Prior Call Center experience.
  • Experience and proficiency troubleshooting technology.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills and excellent ability to listen and respond.
  • Must be courteous with strong customer service orientation.
  • Excellent multitasking abilities required.
  • Strong flexibility and the ability to manage and adapt to changing priorities quickly.
Education:
  • HS Diploma or GED.
