Job Description:
- Client is seeking a Remote Call Center Agent to join our team.
- This role will support online portal access, provide product education, and handle a wide variety of questions while ensuring a world-class customer experience.
- The ideal candidate will be passionate about customer service and motivated to work in a production-based call center.
- Resolve customer issues with products or services via inbound/outbound calls and e-mail.
- Assist with online portal access including user maintenance, password resets, and web browser troubleshooting.
- Schedule appointments.
- Provide customer education on products and services.
- Work in multiple databases to research complex issues and questions.
- Ensure HIPAA compliance.
- Respond to all customer inquiries within a timely manner.
- Accurately document customer interactions.
- Speak with customers in a courteous, friendly, and professional manner.
- Evaluate the nature of customer issues to determine the proper resolution.
- Utilize internal resources as needed to resolve complex issues.
- Follow-up with customers to ensure issues are resolved.
- Maintain productivity and performance standards.
- Reliable high-speed internet and a designated/quiet workspace suitable for remote work.
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Prior Call Center experience.
- Experience and proficiency troubleshooting technology.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills and excellent ability to listen and respond.
- Must be courteous with strong customer service orientation.
- Excellent multitasking abilities required.
- Strong flexibility and the ability to manage and adapt to changing priorities quickly.
- HS Diploma or GED.
