Strong Medicaid, Medicare, and healthcare domain expertise, with experience in complex, multi-domain health plan and state-driven initiatives.
Experience leading large-scale Medicaid/Medicare implementations across business and technology domains as a PM, from contract award and solution planning through go-live, stabilization, and operational transition.
Ability to bridge Health Plan, PMO, business, technology, enterprise, and vendor teams to align priorities, facilitate decisions, and drive cross-functional execution.
Experience leading cross-functional solutioning, including effort estimation, prioritization, dependency mapping, and upstream/downstream impact assessment.
Strong program governance experience, including funding coordination, RAID management, change control, state readiness/testing, and leadership reporting.
Experience translating program scope into PI Planning and scaled Agile execution, ensuring alignment of deliverables and milestones across teams.
