Client is seeking a Project/Program Manager V to support physical security project lifecycle management. The role involves project management, vendor management, budget oversight, change order coordination, code compliance, and closeout documentation. The successful candidate will help manage project activities and coordinate with relevant stakeholders to support security system project delivery.
Manage project activities throughout the project lifecycle, from planning and specifications through project closeout.
Coordinate vendor activities and support effective vendor management.
Review project specifications, drawings, and applicable code compliance requirements.
Monitor project budgets and coordinate change orders as required.
Maintain and manage project closeout documentation.
Support the planning, coordination, and execution of physical security system projects.
Participate in team meetings, stand-ups, and project coordination discussions.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders and vendors to support project delivery and resolve project-related issues.
Bachelor's degree.
3–5 years of relevant professional experience.
Demonstrated project management experience.
Experience in vendor management.
Knowledge or experience with physical security systems, including:
CCTV systems
Access control systems
Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
Experience in a data center environment.
Experience with security systems installation.
Strong project coordination and organizational skills.
Effective vendor and stakeholder management.
Ability to manage project documentation, budgets, and change orders.
Strong communication and collaboration skills.
