Red Flags
Generic PM only: Candidate has project-management experience but cannot demonstrate hands-on experience creating process documentation, process maps, SOPs/work instructions, job aids, or training/readiness materials.
Coordinator rather than driver: Resume emphasizes scheduling meetings, taking minutes, and updating trackers but provides little evidence of independently owning deliverables and driving issues/actions to closure.
Weak stakeholder management: Difficulty influencing SMEs/process owners or navigating cross-functional environments where the PM does not have direct authority.
Interview Process
Prescreening followed by one round of interviews with 2 separate interviewers
