Job Title – Lead Software Engineer – GenAI / Full Stack Engineering Location - Irving, TX (4 days/week onsite) Duration – 12 Months
Job Description:
Client is seeking a senior Lead Software Engineer with experience to drive the design, development, and adoption of GenAI-powered solutions across enterprise SDLC workflows. The role requires strong full-stack engineering expertise, hands-on GenAI experience, and the ability to lead enablement efforts for development teams.
Required Skills:
Java 17 & Spring Boot Microservices
GenAI tools: Devin, Claude (Anthropic), Cursor/Copilot-equivalent tools
Full Stack Development: Java, React/Angular, TypeScript, Python
APIs, Event-Driven Architecture, Distributed Systems
CI/CD and Developer Tooling
Cloud Platforms (OCP, GCP)
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and deploy GenAI-enabled solutions
Integrate AI tools into enterprise development workflows
Lead GenAI adoption, onboarding, and best practices
Collaborate with Client business and technology teams
Optimize performance, scalability, and developer productivity
Build and enhance microservices-based applications
Ideal Candidate:
Strong enterprise application development background
Experience with AI-driven software delivery and automation
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Comfortable working in fast-paced, highly collaborative environments
