Job Description: Summary: Responsible for tracking and closing our direct ship orders. This requires contacting and working with suppliers, accessing supplier shipping information and populating the Client Oracle system with the respective information required. Education/Experience: Bachelor's degree with 1+ year experience or lower degree with 2+ years of experience in a materials coordinator, materials planning & purchasing role, or similar roles which requires frequent communication with suppliers, customers, or cross functional teams. Skills and Competencies: Strong communication skills, must be detail oriented, very organized with strong data analytic skills.
Previous experience with computer applications, such as Microsoft Word and Excel.
Experience using Oracle, ERP System, or equivalent highly preferred.
