We are looking for a detail-oriented and results-driven Program Success Manager to support the successful delivery of global revenue enablement programs. In this role, you will work closely with program leaders and cross-functional teams to manage day-to-day operations, coordinate events and learning activities, and ensure programs run smoothly from planning through completion.

The ideal candidate is highly organized, comfortable managing multiple priorities, and has a strong eye for detail. You’ll play an important role in keeping learners, stakeholders, events, logistics, and program operations on track.

Responsibilities

Program & Registration Management

Set up and manage event registration processes and attendee communications.
Maintain accurate registration lists, program rosters, and invitation tracking.
Monitor learner onboarding and program milestones.
Track program progress and prepare reports for program stakeholders.
Support program owners with shared mailbox management and day-to-day administrative needs.

Learner & Program Tracking

Monitor learner attendance and participation.
Track completion of pre-work and other program requirements.
Maintain accreditation and learner tracking records.
Provide regular updates and reports on learner and program progress.

Event & Onsite Logistics

Coordinate conference rooms, training spaces, and facilities requests.
Manage room setup requirements and catering plans.
Support evening events and other program-related activities.
Prepare materials for events, including name tents, agendas, playbooks, and team rosters.
Coordinate the procurement, organization, and distribution of program materials and recognition items.
Work with vendors to track swag distribution and redemption.

Webinar Management

Coordinate webinar setup, invitations, registrations, communications, and post-event reporting.
Provide live webinar support to presenters, including managing presentation decks, breakout rooms, polls, Q&A, and chat.
Troubleshoot and help ensure a smooth experience for presenters and participants.

Survey & Reporting

Support survey creation, distribution, response tracking, and reporting.
Assist with program analytics and data analysis.
Prepare ad hoc reports and provide information requested by program owners.

Budget & Procurement

Develop, monitor, and report on program budgets.
Manage Purchase Orders (POs), invoices, and related tracking.
Support contract administration, including vendor coordination and ongoing management.

Qualifications

3+ years of experience in program operations, event management, training coordination, or a similar role.
Exceptional attention to detail and a strong commitment to accuracy.
Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
Experience working with event registration platforms and/or learning management systems.
Strong project management, organizational, and time-management skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong collaboration and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with stakeholders across different teams and regions.
Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
Ability to manage multiple priorities independently in a fast-paced, global environment.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience supporting sales/revenue enablement, corporate training, learning, or professional development programs.
Familiarity with learning technology and digital event platforms.
Experience working with global or geographically distributed teams.
AI tools literacy and an interest in using technology to improve processes and program efficiency.
