Job Description: Marketing Content Studio is looking for a talented, customer-focused Production Designer to join our team.
The ideal candidate will deliver clean, on-brand, production-ready assets built on existing design systems, templates, and Brand guidelines in a fast-paced, high-volume environment. Working within our Content Studio Production Design team, you'll produce marketing assets across paid social, display advertising, infographics, ebooks, site merchandising, and email — turning campaign briefs into polished deliverables that ship on tight timelines.
This role requires strong organizational skills, fluency in modern design tooling (Figma), intrinsic design ability, typographic skill, and acute attention to detail. You'll juggle multiple concurrent project requests, follow (and help improve) ticketing and naming conventions, and communicate clearly with project managers and cross-functional stakeholders to keep work moving.

Qualifications:
4+ years minimum experience in a production or marketing design environment
BA/BS in Design or equivalent practical experience
Advanced Figma skills, including working with components, styles, and shared libraries (Figma Buzz experience a plus)
Proficiency in the Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects)
Excellent attention to detail and consistency across large asset sets
Strong communication and stakeholder-management skills
Self-motivated and capable of working independently in a queue-based workflow
Experience producing paid social and display ad assets across multiple platforms and sizes a plus
Motion/animation skills (After Effects, Lottie/Rive) a plus
Infographic, ebook, or long-form layout experience a plus
Responsibilities include:
Producing strongly branded assets across paid social, display, infographics, ebooks, and site merchandising
Building and maintaining clean, reusable templates, components, and style guidelines in Figma
Adapting and resizing designs across platforms, placements, and dimensions while holding brand consistency
Optimizing and exporting assets to spec for web, email, and social delivery
Managing digital assets and following file-naming and organization standards (Figma, SharePoint/DAM)
Fulfilling multiple concurrent project requests through a ticketed queue while meeting tight deadlines
Partnering with project managers and stakeholders to clarify requirements, review rounds, and delivery
