The Senior Manager of Clinical Education serves as the primary leader responsible for coordinating and overseeing clinical education programs that support caregiver competency, onboarding, transition to practice, professional development, regulatory compliance, and quality initiatives throughout the organization. The Senior Manager of Clinical Education also serves as a key partner with Clinical Education leaders across Oregon and collaborates with education leaders across the division. This partnership allows Providence Medford Medical Center to leverage shared educational resources, standardized curricula, best practices, and subject matter expertise developed across the region and division. This position helps ensure local needs are represented while reducing duplication of work and maximizing the value of educational investments.

The Senior Manager Clinical Education RN is a professional Registered Nurse who assumes primary responsibility for managing and coordinating clinical educational and practice related activities for the Service Area and for supervising assigned caregivers at all ministries. Works collaboratively with system, divisional, and ministry operational leaders, interdisciplinary stakeholders, and clinical education caregivers to support system, divisional and service area strategic initiatives and goals.

Posted are the minimum and the maximum wage rates on the wage range for this position. The successful candidate's placement on the wage range for this position will be determined based upon relevant job experience and other applicable factors. These amounts are the base pay range; additional compensation may be available for this role, such as shift differentials, standby/on-call, overtime, premiums, extra shift incentives, or bonus opportunities.
