Stakeholder Alignment & Communication: Maintain transparent communication channels across technical and non-technical cross-functional teams, ensuring clarity and explicit confirmation across all project dependencies.
Experience: 10+ years of technical program management experience delivering complex solutions in large-scale, multi-platform environments.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in a technical discipline (e.g., Computer Science, Computer Engineering) or Corporate Finance / Business Administration.
Finance Expertise: Proven background in finance/accounting focused specifically on strategic analysis and decision support (rather than transactional finance operations).
M&A Experience: Hands-on experience driving project management within M&A or corporate development environments.
Adaptability & Ambiguity: Demonstrated ability to manage competing priorities, navigate highly ambiguous situations, and maintain control over shifting timelines.
SDLC Knowledge: Deep understanding of the software development lifecycle and technology application management.
Education & Certifications: MBA and PMP / PMI certification.
Tech & Tooling: Proficiency with AI tooling, G Suite, and Virtual Data Rooms (VDRs).
Enterprise Tech Experience: Prior experience in large-scale enterprise tech environments.
Fast Ramp-Up: Rapidly integrate into active project workstreams and build trust with senior West Coast stakeholders.
Proactive Ownership: Drive deliverables forward with a high sense of urgency, taking initiative to clarify assumptions explicitly.
Agility: Successfully manage moving parts and fluid timelines without compromising program quality or strategic objectives.
