Position Summary
We are seeking a hands-on Java Full Stack Lead Developer with strong expertise in modern Java development, microservices, cloud-native applications, and front-end technologies. The ideal candidate will lead development efforts while actively contributing to design, coding, troubleshooting, and delivery of scalable enterprise applications.
Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, and maintain high-performance Java-based applications and microservices.
Build RESTful APIs and microservices using Spring Boot.
Develop and deploy containerized applications using Docker in cloud-native environments.
Implement event-driven solutions leveraging Kafka and MQ.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software solutions.
Optimize application performance, scalability, security, and reliability.
Participate in code reviews, testing, and Agile development processes.
Required Skills
8+ years of hands-on experience in Java development (Java 21+ preferred).
Strong expertise with Spring Boot and microservices architecture.
Experience with Angular (v19+) and RxJS.
Hands-on experience with Docker and cloud-native application development.
Strong knowledge of Kafka and message queue technologies.
Experience with relational and NoSQL databases.
Advanced SQL skills including query optimization, joins, stored procedures, and database design.
Experience with AI-assisted development tools such as GitHub Copilot or Windsurf.
Proficiency with Git, Agile methodologies, and software development best practices.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and debugging skills.
Preferred Skills
Experience with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
Knowledge of JUnit, Mockito, and automated testing frameworks.
Experience in enterprise-scale financial services applications.
