We are seeking a highly experienced CSA (Civil, Structural & Architectural) Senior Construction Manager to lead and oversee all civil, structural, and architectural scopes on Project — a large-scale, fast-paced design-build advanced manufacturing facility. This individual will serve as the senior management-level leader responsible for planning, procurement, execution, and turnover of the structural backbone of the project, including site development, foundations, structural steel and concrete systems, building envelope, and architectural finishes.
CSA Scope Management: Provide overall management leadership for all civil, structural, and architectural scopes from preconstruction through commissioning and turnover, ensuring alignment with project milestones and design-build delivery requirements.
Procurement & Contracting: Lead the procurement process for CSA trade packages including development of contracting strategies, bid leveling, scope definition, contract negotiations, and buyout. Evaluate market conditions and recommend optimal packaging and delivery methods.
Schedule Ownership: Own the CSA integrated schedule; drive critical path activities, develop look-ahead plans, coordinate with the master scheduler, and ensure structural milestones are met to enable downstream MEP and process equipment installations.
Safety Leadership: Champion a safety-first culture across all CSA operations. Enforce safety programs specific to high-risk activities including steel erection, crane operations, excavation/trenching, concrete operations, and working at heights. Drive zero-incident performance.
Design-Build Coordination: Partner with design engineers during design development to provide constructability input, sequencing recommendations, value engineering opportunities, and early identification of long-lead materials and equipment.
Subcontractor Management: Manage and hold accountable all civil, concrete, steel, and architectural subcontractors; drive manpower loading, equipment planning, and material deliveries to maintain or beat schedule.
Budget & Cost Control: Manage CSA scope budgets, track costs against estimates, identify and mitigate cost risks, and support change management processes.
Team Development: Recruit, mentor, and develop CSA superintendents and field engineering staff. Build a high-performing team aligned with project goals and company values.
Stakeholder Communication: Serve as the primary CSA point of contact for owner representatives, design teams, and executive leadership. Provide clear, regular reporting on scope status, risks, and opportunities.
