Skill Set: Java, Spring Boot Microservices, Spring Cloud, Messaging & Event-Driven Systems (e.g., Kafka), and DevOps technologies (e.g., Kubernetes)
Role Overview:
We are looking for a Senior Java Developer who can independently own end-to-end delivery responsibilities and collaborate effectively across multiple stakeholders. This is not a purely execution role — the candidate should be confident driving technical decisions, leading discussions, and being the go-to person for the project team.
Must-have Skills:
- **Java** strong hands-on development experience; ability to design, build, and review Java-based applications - **Spring Boot** — microservices development, REST API design, and integration pattern
**What we're looking for in the candidate**
- 10+ years of software development experience with Java and Spring boot as primary - Proven ability to own modules or workstreams independently with minimal supervision - Comfortable engaging with multiple stakeholders — business, technical, and client-facing - Experience in Agile/Scrum delivery environments - Strong communication skills — able to lead standups, contribute to design discussions, and give clear status updates
