Job Title: Senior Metadata & Data Mapping Analyst
Location: Hybrid in Dallas, TX OR Tulsa, OK

Job Description / Responsibilities

• Lead enterprise metadata management initiatives, maintaining both business and technical metadata repositories.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive source-to-target data mappings (STTM) across complex banking, risk, finance, and regulatory data platforms.
• Create and manage business definitions, transformation rules, calculations, aggregation logic, lineage, and data dictionaries.
• Partner with business, risk, finance, compliance, and technology teams to ensure data accuracy, consistency, and traceability.
• Support BCBS 239 compliance initiatives, including data lineage, governance, risk data aggregation, audit readiness, and regulatory reporting requirements.
• Facilitate business workshops and working sessions to capture data requirements, business definitions, and reporting needs.
• Perform impact analysis, data validation, reconciliation, profiling, and UAT support activities.
• Identify data quality issues, lineage gaps, and governance control weaknesses while driving remediation efforts.
• Ensure governance artifacts, standards, naming conventions, and documentation align with enterprise and regulatory requirements.
• Contribute to RFPs, proposals, business development activities, and client presentations related to data governance and regulatory transformation.
• Lead and mentor a team of metadata and data mapping analysts, including task planning, quality reviews, and onshore/offshore coordination.

Experience Required
• 7–10 years of experience in Data Analysis, Metadata Management, Data Governance, or Data Mapping.
• Extensive banking or financial services industry experience.
• Experience supporting regulatory, risk, finance, and governance initiatives.
• Prior experience leading small teams and coordinating onshore/offshore delivery models.

• Proven leadership experience managing teams and client-facing engagements.
• Experience contributing to RFPs, proposals, and business development initiatives.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate business and regulatory requirements into actionable data governance solutions.
