Job Description
Technical Business Analyst - IT/OT (Operational Technology) Location: Remote
JD:
Act as liaison between OT, IT, Engineering, Cybersecurity, and business stakeholders.
Gather, analyse, and document business, functional, and technical requirements.
Support OT and IT project initiatives from requirements through implementation.
Conduct stakeholder workshops, interviews, and process-mapping sessions.
Analyse OT system landscapes and identify integration, modernization, and optimization opportunities.
Translate operational needs into technical specifications and user stories.
Support solution design discussions involving OT and IT systems.
Work with technical SMEs to define interfaces, data flows, and integration requirements.
Coordinate user acceptance testing (UAT), validation activities, and requirement traceability.
Assist in project planning, status reporting, risk identification, and issue management.
Support global stakeholders while ensuring alignment across multiple manufacturing sites.
Top Skills:
5+ years working within Operational Technology (OT), Manufacturing IT, Industrial Automation, or Smart Manufacturing environments.
Strong understanding of IT/OT convergence principles.
Experience working in regulated manufacturing environments
