Job Title: Empower Test Analyst/BA
Work Location: Remote

Assignment Duration: 6 months
Roles and Responsibilities:o Develop test plans, cases, and scripts for Empower LOS workflows (Origination, Processing, Underwriting, Closing, Post-Closing).
o Validate configuration, document management, and third-party integrations (e.g., RealEC, Equifax).
o Conduct UAT cycles and regression testing to ensure new changes do not break existing functionality.
o Ability to elicit requirements and track this to closure and BRD sign off
o Ability to create detailed Business Requirement documents
o Perform post-production validation and defect triage sessions.
o Track and document defects using tools like JIRA, ALM, TestRail.
o Collaborate with developers and QA teams for resolution.
o Ensure adherence to CFPB guidelines (ATR, QM, TRID) and other mortgage regulations.
o Provide usability and performance feedback from an end-user perspective.
o Work closely with business stakeholders, product owners, and cross-functional teams.
o Assist in training business users on testing procedures and system usage.
Top 3 Skills:• Strong working knowledge of Empower LOS and good understanding of mortgage lending workflows.
• Strong requirement elicitation and management skills
• Ability to plan and execute UAT
