Contract Information: 12 months to start, with potential to extend to 18 months
The Senior Program Manager owns the end-to-end delivery of complex, cross-functional programs from initiation through closure. This role partners closely with engineering, product, operations, and business stakeholders to ensure programs are delivered on time, within scope, and on budget — while driving continuous process improvement across the program management function.
Responsibilities Lead and manage the full lifecycle of multiple concurrent programs and projects, from planning through execution and post-launch review Maintain and administer all project tasks, schedules, and associated project management tools and software; ensure data integrity across all tracking systems Build and publish program status reports, executive dashboards, and milestone trackers on a regular cadence for stakeholder and leadership audiences Monitor project activities, performance metrics, and budget burn; proactively identify risks and drive mitigation plans Ensure all project team members are aligned to schedules, deliverables, and compliance requirements; facilitate cross-functional coordination and issue resolution Compile and analyze project data to support decision-making; perform research and produce required documentation on request Develop and maintain high-quality visual artifacts including charts, graphs, Gantt charts, and roadmaps to communicate program status Define and enforce program governance standards, intake processes, and reporting frameworks across the organization Identify and drive process improvements within the program management practice.
Requirements
Proven ability to manage multiple complex programs simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
Strong project planning and scheduling skills; proficiency with tools such as Smartsheet, Jira, Asana, Microsoft Project, or equivalent
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) for reporting and executive presentations
Excellent written and verbal communication skills; ability to translate complex program status into clear stakeholder narratives
Strong analytical and critical thinking skills; comfortable working with cost, resource, and performance data
Demonstrated ability to influence without authority and drive alignment across cross-functional teams
Highly detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills
Experience with Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid delivery methodologies
Studies
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field required
