Title: Senior Software Engineer Location: Plano, TX Duration: 24+ Months
Position Summary Seeking an experienced Senior Software Engineer to design, develop, and maintain a multi-module enterprise quality engineering portal. This role will own both frontend and backend development, building scalable enterprise applications using modern web technologies and microservices architecture.
Required Qualifications 12+ years of overall IT experience 6+ years of Java and Spring Boot development, including REST APIs and microservices 3+ years of React (preferably Next.js) and TypeScript Strong PostgreSQL experience, including schema design and query optimization Hands-on experience with SSO/OIDC/OAuth 2.0 authentication (Okta preferred) Experience implementing Role-Based Access Control (RBAC) Knowledge of API Gateway patterns, OWASP security practices, and application security Experience integrating third-party APIs (e.g., Jira, SonarQube)
Preferred Qualifications Experience with quality engineering tools, test data management, or CI/CD metrics Familiarity with AWS services such as ECS, RDS, and DynamoDB Experience with AI-assisted search or chatbot features Background building enterprise portals or dashboard-driven applications
