Job Description/ Responsibilities: • 12+ Years overall exp with 7+ years of project, program, or transformation leadership experience. • Lead complex programs and initiatives across Origination, Servicing, Operations, Technology, Risk, Compliance, and Commercial organizations. • Partner with business leaders to define scope, success metrics, operating models, and implementation roadmaps for strategic initiatives. • Develop and manage program plans, milestones, dependencies, risks, and stakeholder communications. • Coordinate multiple workstreams and ensure alignment across business and technology teams. • Facilitate executive meetings, governance forums, and decision-making sessions. • Prepare executive-level presentations, status updates, business cases, and recommendations. • Identify risks, dependencies, and organizational impacts and drive resolution strategies. • Support product launches, business readiness, operational readiness, and change management activities. • Drive accountability across stakeholders to ensure successful delivery of business outcomes. • Performs related duties as assigned by management. • Strong executive communication and presentation skills. • Ability to operate independently with limited oversight. • Proven ability to influence without direct authority. • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to develop and maintain effective and professional relationships across the organization and with customers. • High learning agility with the ability to learn and integrate business variables and learn new systems and platforms. • Strong analytical skills & problem-solving abilities; solid decision-making abilities coupled with sound judgment. • Effective at managing multiple priorities under tight deadlines in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. • Strong project management and time management capability. • Self-directed and comfortable working with ambiguity and uncertainty. • High degree of professional maturity, integrity, ability to maintain confidential data and information. • High degree of business acumen; strong technical aptitude. • Strong Microsoft Office skills
