Job Title: Project/Program Manager III Location: New York, NY - Onsite Duration: 06 months
Review of Business Group: Creative Studio sits within Brand Marketing in the client’s Ads Marketing organization. It is the centralized creative operations engine powering brand marketing across client’s Ads, providing access to in-house, outsourced, and off-shore production resources. The team is composed of a Team Lead, in-house visual designers (L4/L5), dedicated MAP Associates, and a bench of 5–6 external agency partners.
Purpose of the Team and key projects: Deliver high-quality design assets that drive brand awareness and business outcomes at scale for client’s Ads campaigns and initiatives. Key projects/asset types include PowerPoint builds, display banners, creative buildout, and social posts — 340+ projects per year across 10+ asset types.
Team culture: A mix of collaborative and independent work across in-house designers and external agency partners in a centralized, fast-paced creative operations environment.
Task Breakdown and Workflow : Maintain the creative intake lifecycle, managing 340+ projects per year across 10+ asset types through Workfront to ensure efficient trafficking and on-time delivery.
Manage the Workfront queue and project ingesting; review creative briefs and work with requesters to solidify decisions.
Identify the best agency partner and work with agencies to scope out projects; coordinate directly with agency account managers and PMs to manage outsourced creative work.
Uphold established SOPs standardizing workflows across internal design teams and external partners; create new process documentation as needs arise.
Maintain resource planning visibility; use existing data and dashboards to forecast capacity and allocate work across in-house, outsourced, and off-shore resources.
Continue driving AI tool adoption — supporting the design team's weekly AI testing cadence, evaluating new tools, and scaling proven solutions to marketers.
Maintain brand compliance and quality control, ensuring all assets meet client’s Ads brand guidelines.
Budgeting and risk management; make sure everything is running smoothly.
Pull and analyze data from Workfront dashboards to track volume and team performance; present program status, operational metrics, and recommendations to senior leadership.
Internal Team interactions: Collaborate with in-house designers and external agency partners (agency account managers and PMs). Independent work with Bynder (housing brand assets). Report directly to Jen. Present status and metrics to senior leadership. Internal collaboration depends on the project being worked on.
Work environment: Centralized creative operations team within client’s Ads Brand Marketing. On-site, standard office hours, working across in-house, outsourced, and off-shore production resources using Workfront, Figma/Adobe Suite, and Bynder.

Nice to haves 1. Ability to read the client’s style guide and maintain brand compliance (spotting when a creative is not correct); familiarity with brand compliance processes and visual design standards. 2. Experience with AI tool evaluation, testing, and implementation in creative workflows; retain brand compliance. 3. Experience with digital asset management platforms (e.g., Bynder); working with other creative partners and understanding foundation elements; experience in advertising, marketing, or creative services environments.
Degree/ Certification Requirements: BA – preferred
