Minimum Requirements Education
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
Experience
5+ years of experience working within the Microsoft partner ecosystem, channel sales, partner development, business development, or alliance management.
2+ years of experience supporting Microsoft Cloud, Security, Modern Work, Business Applications, or Azure solutions.
Experience working with Microsoft partners, resellers, MSPs, CSPs, or system integrators.
Experience conducting partner enablement, training sessions, webinars, or sales presentations.
Microsoft Knowledge
Foundational understanding of Microsoft's solution areas, including:
AI Business Solutions (Business Applications and Copilot)
Modern Work
Security
Azure
Ability to articulate Microsoft partner programs, incentives, benefits, and rebate opportunities at a high level.
Familiarity with Microsoft's partner ecosystem, including CSP, Solution Partner designations, and partner benefits programs.
Skills & Competencies
Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to present to technical and non-technical audiences.
Ability to explain complex Microsoft programs and solutions in business-focused language.
Strong relationship-building and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to act as a liaison between partners and internal subject matter experts.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple partner requests simultaneously.
Customer-focused mindset with a passion for partner success and enablement.
Technical Proficiency
Proficient in Microsoft 365 applications, including Teams, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Excel.
Familiarity with CRM and partner management platforms.
Experience tracking and responding to partner inquiries through ticketing, portal, or case management systems.
Preferred Qualifications
Microsoft Fundamentals certifications (AZ-900, SC-900, AB-900, AI-900) preferred.
Experience working for a Microsoft partner, distributor, or technology vendor.
Knowledge of Client’s Cybersecurity solutions or adjacent cybersecurity technologies.
Understanding of Microsoft incentives, co-sell programs, and partner go-to-market motions.
Success Criteria
Successfully communicates Client’s Cybersecurity’s Microsoft value proposition to partners.
Consistently enables Microsoft Champions to identify and drive sales opportunities.
Effectively guides partners to appropriate subject matter experts and resources.
Helps partners understand relevant incentives, benefits, and rebate opportunities to maximize ROI.
Maintains timely response and resolution of incoming partner requests through the Accelerate Partner Portal.
