Business Systems Analyst (Qualtrics)
About the role We are seeking a Qualtrics Administrator to serve as the primary system administrator for our Qualtrics Experience Management (XM) platform for the Customer Experience organization. This role would work to make adjustments to existing survey programs as requirements change, as well as work with business stakeholders and the vendor to design, build, test and deploy new surveys.
Key Responsibilities
Serve as a system administrator for the Qualtrics platform, ensuring platform stability, user access, and configuration consistency, while collaborating with stakeholders to design and build surveys, feedback mechanisms, and experience workflows.
Create and manage dashboards, reports, and alerts to support cross-functional teams with actionable insights, and maintain user roles, permissions, and data security in compliance with internal policies.
Troubleshoot issues related to survey logic, distribution, response collection, and data integration, and manage API integrations with other platforms (e.g., Salesforce, Tableau, or CRM tools).
Monitor survey performance and implement best practices for data quality and response rates, and stay current with platform updates and new Qualtrics features, leading internal enablement and training as needed.
Manage and configure the Qualtrics Experience Management platform, handling user access, survey distribution, account permissions, and ensuring data security and compliance, while supporting users by troubleshooting technical issues, training staff, and optimizing survey workflows.
Work with Qualtrics and other vendors (Walker, Inc.) to build, test and launch programs as needed by the business
Develop, maintain, and troubleshoot custom scripts (JavaScript) within the Qualtrics platform to support complex survey logic, data manipulation, and automated workflows.
Qualifications
Experience with Qualtrics survey administration, experience with setup or administration in a cloud-based platform, and an understanding of data visualization techniques.
Familiarity with data integration/API concepts (e.g., Salesforce, Tableau) is a plus.
Strong attention to detail, problem-solving, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
Proficiency in scripting languages, specifically JavaScript, with demonstrated experience applying these skills to enhance survey functionality or manipulate datasets.
