Title: Senior Python Engineer

Overview
We are seeking a Senior Python Engineer to support new market onboarding, enterprise integrations, and automation initiatives. This role will focus on designing scalable backend solutions, developing APIs and microservices, and streamlining operational processes for Community & State market implementations.
Key Responsibilities
Design and develop Python-based microservices and REST APIs.
Lead integration efforts for new market onboarding initiatives.
Build automation solutions to improve operational efficiency.
Collaborate with business and product stakeholders to gather requirements.
Support production incidents, troubleshooting, and root cause analysis.
Drive backend architecture and enterprise integration best practices.
Required Skills
Strong experience with Python and FastAPI
Expertise in REST APIs and Microservices
Experience with NoSQL Databases
Proficiency with Git/GitHub and CI/CD pipelines
Enterprise integration and automation experience
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
GCP experience preferred
Qualifications
6-8+ years of application development experience.
Proven experience delivering scalable backend solutions in enterprise environments.
Ability to work independently in a remote setting and collaborate across business and technical teams.
