Title: Java Full Stack Lead Developer Location: Boston, MA or Lake Mary, FL (Hybrid, 3-4 days onsite)
Job Summary We are seeking an experienced Java Full Stack Lead Developer to design, develop, and maintain scalable enterprise applications. This is a hands-on development role requiring strong expertise across backend, frontend, cloud-native technologies, and AI-assisted development tools.
KeyResponsibilities
Design, develop, and support Java-based enterprise applications.
Build and maintain RESTful APIs and microservices using Spring Boot.
Develop modern UI solutions using Angular.
Implement containerized applications using Docker in cloud-native environments.
Work with Kafka and MQ for event-driven architectures.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software solutions.
Optimize application performance, scalability, and security.
Required Skills
8+ years of hands-on Java development experience (Java 21+ preferred).
Strong experience with Spring Boot and Microservices.
Frontend development using Angular 19+ and RxJS.
Experience with Docker and cloud-native application development.
Expertise in Kafka, MQ, and event-driven systems.
Strong SQL and database experience (Oracle, SQL Server, MySQL, PostgreSQL).
Experience with AI-powered development tools such as GitHub Copilot or Windsurf.
Proficiency with Git and Agile development methodologies.
Preferred Skills
CI/CD pipeline experience.
Unit testing frameworks such as JUnit and Mockito.
Strong problem-solving and debugging skills.
