Role Overview

We are looking for a Senior Business Analyst to support M&A activities across Enterprise Wiki, Video Portal, and Microsoft Power Platform applications and workflows. In this role, you will work closely with business and technical teams to analyze processes and systems, identify gaps and opportunities, gather requirements, and support the integration of newly acquired businesses. You will help ensure that data, processes, and systems are effectively integrated while maintaining data integrity, business continuity, and compliance.

Responsibilities

Business & Process Analysis

• Analyze existing business processes and systems to identify gaps, inefficiencies, and opportunities for improvement.
• Translate business needs into clear requirements and actionable solutions.
• Design and document business processes and workflows.
• Recommend and support process improvements aligned with business objectives.

M&A & Data Integration

• Support the integration of data and processes from acquired entities.
• Analyze data and systems to identify inconsistencies, gaps, and integration requirements.
• Help ensure data integrity, accuracy, and compliance throughout the integration process.
• Support activities that ensure business continuity during system and process changes.

Requirements & Documentation

• Gather, analyze, and document business and system requirements.
• Develop documentation such as user stories, use cases, process flows, and requirement specifications.
• Work with technical teams to translate business requirements into practical solutions.

Stakeholder Management

• Act as a liaison between business stakeholders, IT teams, and other functions.
• Facilitate discussions to understand business needs and resolve issues.
• Communicate recommendations, findings, project updates, and risks to stakeholders.

Systems & Reporting

• Evaluate how systems and applications support business processes and identify opportunities for optimization.
• Support applications and workflows within Enterprise Wiki, Video Portal, and Microsoft Power Platform.
• Use data and reporting tools to support analysis and decision-making.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, Systems Analyst, or similar role.
• Experience gathering and documenting business and system requirements.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to evaluate complex information and recommend practical solutions.
• Experience documenting business processes, workflows, user stories, or use cases.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with both business and technical teams.
• Intermediate English proficiency (written and verbal).

Technical Skills

• Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
• Power BI.
• PowerShell.
• ServiceNow.
• Understanding of IT systems and how they support business processes.
• Experience with Microsoft Power Platform applications and workflows.

Nice to Have

• Experience supporting mergers, acquisitions, or business/system integrations.
• Experience with enterprise applications and workflow optimization.
• Experience working in large, complex, or technology-driven organizations.
