Job Title: Partner Marketing Coordinator (Project Coordinator III) Duration: 3+ months (possible extension based on next year’s budget) Location: US - CA - San Francisco (preferred CA to potentially go into office occasionally) (open to anywhere in US)
About the Role We're looking for a highly organized Partner Marketing Coordinator to support execution and coordination across our AI and ISV (Independent Software Vendor) co-marketing programs. This is a contingent (fixed-term) engagement focused on keeping partner marketing programs moving — trafficking campaign deliverables, coordinating cross-functional workstreams, tracking timelines, and helping produce and organize partner-facing content. The full-time partner marketing team sets strategy and owns partner relationships; this role executes against that direction and keeps the day-to-day running smoothly.
You'll thrive in a fast-moving environment where priorities shift quickly, you're comfortable juggling multiple concurrent workstreams, and you take pride in reliable follow-through. You bring strong project-coordination instincts, an execution-first mindset, and comfort using AI tools to move faster on research, content drafts, and reporting. Familiarity with AI/ISV audiences is a plus, but the core of this role is coordination and dependable delivery rather than strategy ownership.
Responsibilities
Campaign Execution & Trafficking: Coordinate the day-to-day execution of co-marketing campaigns — routing deliverables, tracking approvals, managing asset handoffs, and ensuring launch checklists are completed on time
Workstream Coordination: Keep cross-functional workstreams (product marketing, events, comms, creative, developer relations) on track — scheduling working sessions, capturing action items, and following up to closure
Timeline & Task Tracking: Maintain project trackers, calendars, and status dashboards; proactively flag risks, blockers, and slipping deadlines to the program owner
Content Production Support: Help assemble, format, and organize partner-facing content (case studies, one-pagers, email nurtures, ISV integration guides, webinar decks) working from templates and briefs provided by the team
Partner Coordination Support: Coordinate logistics with ISV partner marketing counterparts — scheduling, sharing assets, tracking joint deliverables — under the direction of the partner marketing lead
Event & Webinar Logistics: Support the operational execution of events, technical webinars, and developer workshops — registration, run-of-show, vendor coordination, and post-event follow-up
Reporting Support: Compile campaign performance data, update recurring reports and dashboards, and prepare readouts for the program owner to review
AI-Assisted Execution: Use AI tools in daily work — drafting first-pass content, summarizing research, and speeding up reporting — to increase throughput and turnaround speed
Documentation & Coordination Hygiene: Keep shared drives, trackers, and program documentation clean, current, and easy for the team to navigate
Minimum Qualifications
6+ years of experience in marketing coordination, project coordination, campaign operations, or marketing/agency execution roles
Proven track record of coordinating multiple concurrent workstreams and deliverables on deadline in a fast-paced environment
Strong organizational and project-tracking skills — comfortable owning trackers, checklists, timelines, and status updates
Clear, reliable written and verbal communication; able to follow up, chase down inputs, and keep stakeholders informed
Comfort working within established processes, templates, and brand/content guidelines rather than defining them Detail-oriented with a dependable follow-through mindset and comfort with ambiguity and shifting priorities Comfort using AI tools (LLMs, automation) to speed up drafting, research, and reporting
Proficiency with common marketing/collaboration tools (project trackers, spreadsheets, presentation tools, shared drives)
Preferred Qualifications
Experience coordinating B2B technology or partner/co-marketing programs, ideally at AI-focused or major platform companies or at an ISV/agency supporting these platforms
Exposure to ISV, partner, channel, or alliance marketing programs
Familiarity with AI/ML, foundation models, or generative AI concepts at a working level
Experience supporting developer relations, developer marketing, or technical community programs (DevRel, hackathons, developer conferences)
Experience with event and webinar coordination at scale
Familiarity with marketing operations tooling (CRM, marketing automation, analytics/reporting dashboards)
