Your Impact
Your role within EES Ops is to perform post trade services, that help support the Sales and Trading desks that we are responsible for.
Through business development, processing orders, settlement, reconciliation and overall risk management we are able to allow our desks to execute for their business, knowing we are managing all other aspects which can present potential risk/PNL.

In addition, Operations provides essential risk management and control to preserve and enhance the firm’s assets and its reputation. For every trade agreed, every new product launched or market entered, every transaction completed, it is Operations that develops the processes and controls that make business flow.
Equities Execution Client Ops is primarily responsible for booking and settling of trades and accuracy of books and records of our firm’s Equities clients.
Our success is derived from a combination of process efficiency and adherence to Controls and risk management principles.
We excel at finding commercial solutions that meet our clients’ needs without compromising risk and control.
How You Will Fulfill Your Potential:
Work directly with Custodians, Issuers and external brokers to resolve issues related to SSI, settlement or other outstanding cash/stock breaks.
Tap into your investigative skills to find answers to queries and solutions for issues that arise daily
Investigate exceptions in our internal books and records to identify resolution, and escalate issues as they arise
Analyze and improve processes and procedures with an eye for reducing risk and eliminating repetitive effort
Help influence behavior to achieve superior operational and client service outcomes
Skills & Experience We’re Looking For – Basic Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree
Must be comfortable presenting complex information in a structured and concise manner, and be able to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple processing deadlines throughout the day
Razor-sharp attention to detail paired with prudent risk aversion and control-forward thinking
Constant drive to implement process improvement and challenge inefficiencies
Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work well with a team
Ability to manage small projects and initiatives, influence others and implement chance in a consensus driven environment.
