Role: Test Technician Location: San Diego, CA – Building M Duration: 6 months
Job Summary Client is looking for a Test Technician to support testing, troubleshooting, calibration, maintenance, and repair of specialized test equipment. The person will execute established test procedures, identify failures, document results, and help resolve technical issues. Key Responsibilities
Execute test methodologies and support improvements to test plans.
Set up specialized test equipment and run complex programs/builds.
Perform calibration, maintenance, upgrades, and repairs of test equipment.
Debug and troubleshoot testing issues and equipment failures.
Identify root causes and recommend or implement solutions.
Document test results and communicate issues, progress, and recommendations.
Analyze information to determine where issues occurred and how to resolve them.
Collaborate with internal teams on projects and testing requirements.
Help manage priorities, deadlines, and deliverables for small to mid-sized projects.
