Job Title: AI Software Engineer – Agentic AI & GenAI

Role Overview

We are looking for hands-on AI Software Engineers who combine strong software engineering fundamentals with practical experience in Generative AI, LLMs, RAG, and Agentic AI.

The ideal candidate has built and productionized AI solutions—not just experimented with AI or added AI-related technologies to their skill set. Strong engineering fundamentals, system design capability, and the ability to take AI applications from development through production are critical.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and productionize GenAI and Agentic AI applications.
• Build AI-powered backend services, data pipelines, and scalable distributed systems.
• Develop solutions using LLMs, RAG, agentic workflows, and AI frameworks.
• Design AI system architecture and make appropriate technology and architectural decisions.
• Build and integrate MCP servers/tools and agent-based systems.
• Optimize AI applications for performance, latency, token usage, context-window management, and cost.
• Work with data engineering, data persistence, and low-latency data processing.
• Take AI solutions through the end-to-end software engineering lifecycle, from development and testing to production deployment.
• Troubleshoot, optimize, and continuously improve production AI systems.
• Evaluate and adopt emerging AI frameworks and technologies based on underlying engineering principles.

Required Skills & Experience

• Strong software engineering and coding skills, particularly in backend engineering.
• Hands-on experience building and deploying AI/ML and GenAI solutions in production.
• Strong understanding of LLMs, RAG, Agentic AI, and AI/ML fundamentals.
• Experience with system design, AI architecture, distributed computing, and scalable systems.
• Experience building data pipelines and working with data processing and persistence technologies.
• Experience with production deployment and operating AI applications in real-world environments.
• Understanding of AI system optimization, including latency, token, context, and cost optimization.
• Experience with LangGraph, LangChain, or comparable agent/AI frameworks is beneficial.
• Experience developing MCP servers/tools or similar AI integrations is beneficial.
• Ability to understand core concepts and adapt quickly to evolving AI frameworks and technologies.
