Title: Risk Analyst Location: Atlanta, GA. Hybrid schedule: Monday–Thursday onsite, Friday remote. Duration: 3 months, with potential for Temp-to-Perm
Role Overview : The Contract Risk Analyst will provide essential operational, administrative, and analytical support to the Corporate Risk Management team. This role is responsible for maintaining risk compliance workflows, handling daily financial and clerical operations, and assisting with core insurance renewal, audit, and claims processes.
Responsibilities The Contractor will support the Risk Management team, including:
Assist with Certificate of Insurance (COI) process
Assist with the insurance renewal process
Assist with claim calls, including responding to calls and emails to general risk lines
Manage mail, including opening, distributing, and filing paper mail
Forward incoming checks to Accounting
Process payment requests
Issue monthly/quarterly invoices
Assist with audit preparations
Assist with administration of claims, including:
Workers’ Compensation (WC)
Auto
General Liability (GL)
Perform monthly updates of the HR contact list
Sort and save reports
Perform other tasks as needed
Skills / Qualifications
Superior proficiency with computer software programs, including:
Microsoft Office
Excel
PowerPoint
Access/database management
Superior written and verbal communication skills
Experience with insurance, claims, or risk management preferred
Education
Bachelor’s Degree
