Your Impact
As a member of the Folio client onboarding (Client Custody Solutions) organization, the individual will specialize in the review of Anti-Money Laundering (“AML”)/Know Your Customer (“KYC”) information for new clients as well as for existing customers. The individual will work directly with our internal partners, clients and sales in a fast paced environment with precision and accuracy. In addition, the individual will lead and motivate team members, work cross-functionally for process and procedure solutions and manage escalations. The ability to prioritize, meet deadlines and communicate to all levels of the organization, including sales, legal and compliance is critical.

How You Will Fulfill Your Potential
Ensure due diligence is performed on new and existing clients to comply with KYC regulations
Develop expertise in the firm’s AML/Customer Identification due diligence policies
Communicate well with internal stakeholders to obtain relevant documentary requirements in line with current policies
Propose and act upon process improvements/efficiencies
Participate in regular meetings with regional team members
Work closely with regional managers to ensure case review targets are on track and being progressed
Take ownership of an agreed upon workload ensuring it is processed to completion within timelines
Skills And Experience We’re Looking For Basic Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree required
Excellent communication skills, both written and oral
Work experience in Operations or related field
Proficiency in using the Microsoft Office Suite in particular Excel, PowerPoint and Microsoft Word
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in Client Onboarding/ Customer Identification Program (CIP) processes
Experience in the financial services industry
Must be proactive, enthusiastic and team oriented
Ability to remain composed under pressure
Ability to prioritize and make decisions in a fast-paced environment
Accuracy and attention to detail
Strong client service orientation
Adapt to changes and new challenges
Strong analytical skills
Well-developed organizational skills
