Title: Software Integration Test Engineer
Duration: 9+ months
Location: San Diego, CA 92121Schedule: Flexible between 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM or 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM
Description:Summary of Duties and Responsibilities:- Integration and or Stability and or System testing along with smoke checking of new SW and or FW builds for a Class II Medical Device
- Support scrum team with user story and requirement testing
- Targeted feature testing and defect resolution verification
- Troubleshoot software application issues
- Prioritize and manage any defects against software products
- Performs laboratory work to assure completion in accordance with established safety procedures and applicable regulatory regulations
- Trains on SOPs for regulatory compliance
Additional Details:- Ability to write and edit technical documents such as software requirements and software defect reports
- Familiarity with evaluation methods in the design, development and debugging of Software programs and Firmware verification
- Demonstrates success in technical proficiency, creativity, collaboration with others and independent thought
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills.
- Understanding of Universal Precautions and Basic Lab safety
- Understanding of QSR and GLP
- Knowledge of engineering principles and concepts
