Business Analyst Location: Milwaukee, WI 53129 (Hybrid) Full-Time
Summary
Collaborates with stakeholders to define and document technical and functional system requirements through process maps, process documentation for all HRIS related projects. Works to identify risk and develop mitigation plans.
Partners with business users to fully understand requirements; conducts interviews with key project stakeholders and documents and presents the results.
Examine efficiencies in automation, setup, change orders, requests, and approval processes.
Explores common assumptions, rethinking existing configurations with a focus on efficiency and improvement.
Creates and reviews manuals, procedures, and related user training; ensuring documentation and delivery is consistent, targeted to the appropriate audience and aligns to VNA guidelines.
Contribute to the overall HR Technology roadmap and optimization approach.
Coordinate and manage Workday releases (2xs a year) with Workday and internal stakeholders.
Review ongoing system updates and new features available in Workday to streamline processes and inform the HR Technology roadmap.
This individual may also provide technical support to both internal and external customers as needed.
Project Coordination:
Organize and manage the intake of CRM project tickets, ensuring proper assignment, project coordination and deadlines are documented and met.
Provide project coordination support to the HRIS team ensuring clear documented visibility to project/request queue, prioritization, status, risks and achievements.
Leverages metrics and feedback to provide innovative insights into ways to improve processes and programs and streamline user experience.
Qualifcations
Associate Degree required. Bachelor’s degree preferred in HR or related discipline.
3+ years of Business Analyst / Project Coordination experience
Proficiency in Google Suites
Familiarity with referential material creation (job aids, FAQs, videos, webinars, etc.)
Experience with Workday system implementation is a plus.
Up to 2+ years process map design; providing valuable feedback relating to HR process improvement
Prior change management and training exposure
Experience with agile development, design thinking, six sigma / lean, customer journey mapping, UX design and testing, process mapping (highly preferred)
Excellent written and oral communication skills.
Excellent listening and interpersonal skills.
Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multi-tasking skills.
Effective meeting facilitation.
