We are looking for a Senior Associate Program Manager to join our Compliance & Integrity Team and help drive operational excellence across key compliance programs.

In this role, you’ll work closely with teams across Privacy & Data Protection, Responsible AI, Integrity, Product Legal, Global Legal Services, Security, and Customer Care. You’ll help execute compliance workstreams, support internal teams and customers, and ensure compliance requirements are addressed accurately and efficiently.

What You’ll Do

Support customer and workmate compliance advisory activities across Privacy & Data Protection, Responsible AI, and Integrity.
Review privacy, integrity, and Responsible AI due diligence requirements for third-party suppliers and partners.
Support customer and prospect questionnaires related to privacy, data protection, and compliance requirements.
Conduct compliance reviews related to internal tools, processes, and workmate relocation requests.
Manage and execute high-volume compliance workstreams, using enterprise and AI-powered tools to improve efficiency.
Partner with cross-functional teams to resolve compliance questions and ensure requirements are met.
Serve as a trusted advisor to internal business partners, providing guidance on compliance and integrity policies.
Help identify opportunities to streamline processes and improve operational efficiency across compliance programs.

Basic Qualifications

4+ years of experience in compliance, risk management, audit, or a related field.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Finance, or a related discipline.
General understanding of compliance and risk management programs.
Familiarity with cloud computing and Software as a Service (SaaS) environments.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities and high-volume workloads.
Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and business stakeholders.
