Proven ability to manage integrated project plans, milestones, dependencies, and deliverables.
Strong risk, issue, action, and decision management experience.
Experience with governance, executive reporting, and stakeholder communications.
Ability to proactively identify delivery risks and drive mitigation actions.
Day to day responsibilities:
This contractor will support HCM, Payroll, Compensation, and Talent Management initiatives, managing one or more workstreams depending on business needs.
This role requires a highly organized, detail-oriented professional who can operate effectively in a fast-paced environment and seamlessly transition between functional areas.
The successful candidate will be able to quickly come up to speed, establish key stakeholder relationships, and drive project execution in preparation for a major program launch in early 2027.
Create, maintain, and manage project management deliverables and artifacts, including:
project plans
schedules
status reports
project metrics
resource tracking
Oversee workstream delivery from planning through execution.
Ensure all activities and deliverables are progressing according to the approved timeline.
Facilitate status tracking and reporting for the workstream and roll updates into program-level reporting.
Proactively identify and resolve issues impacting delivery.
Escalate risks and issues coming from the workstream as needed.
Support readiness, testing, and go-live planning activities.
Present status updates during team forums and larger program meetings, including broad audience calls.
