Role: Project Manager – Microsoft Teams Migration Location: - New York NY
Job Description:
Lead the end-to-end migration of users from Zoom to Microsoft Teams, ensuring a seamless transition with minimal business disruption.
Develop and manage project plans, timelines, milestones, risks, dependencies, and stakeholder communications.
Coordinate with business, IT, infrastructure, security, and end-user support teams to drive successful migration execution.
Facilitate governance meetings, track project progress, manage escalations, and provide regular status updates to client leadership.
Oversee change management, user communications, training coordination, adoption activities, and post-migration stabilization support.
Ensure adherence to organisational security, compliance, and collaboration standards while delivering project objectives within agreed scope, quality, and timelines.
Desired Experience:
Strong Project Management experience in enterprise collaboration or digital workplace transformation initiatives.
Hands-on experience with Microsoft Teams, Office 365, Unified Communications, or collaboration platform migrations.
Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and vendor coordination skills.
Experience working with banking or financial services clients is preferred.
PMP, Agile, or equivalent Project Management certification is desirable.
