Title: Program Coordinator - Advocacy

We are seeking a Customer Advocacy Program Coordinator to provide flexible operational support across a customer advocacy program. This role combines day-to-day program coordination with data management responsibilities, including file migrations, database audits, and data cleanup. The ideal candidate is comfortable managing content workflows while maintaining the data quality and operational processes needed to support advocacy programs at scale.

Responsibilities

• Advocacy Program Support: Assist with sourcing and maintaining the customer advocate pipeline. Support 1:1 customer reference requests, track usage, and maintain accurate customer attributes within the reference database.
• Content & Asset Coordination: Coordinate customer success stories and other advocacy assets from initiation through publication. Work cross-functionally with internal teams to keep projects on track.
• Speaker & Event Support: Assist with speaker list management, outreach coordination, event preparation, and logistics.
• File & Data Migration: Support the migration of advocacy-related files, records, and assets across platforms and systems. Document migration workflows and identify data quality issues.
• Database & Program Audits: Conduct regular audits of reference databases and advocacy program records to ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance with program standards. Identify and resolve duplicate, outdated, or missing records.
• Process Documentation: Create, update, and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) for program coordination and data management activities.
