About the Role

In this role, you will be the final checkpoint in the sales cycle, ensuring opportunities are accurate, complete, and ready to move.

You will own the quality and integrity of each deal by reviewing opportunity details, validating SKUs and pricing, reconciling financial information, and working closely with Sales and cross-functional teams to resolve any issues before the deal is finalized.

This is a great opportunity for someone who is detail-oriented, analytical, organized, and comfortable working in a fast-paced sales environment.

 Responsibilities

• Review opportunities from S7 through S9 (Closed Won).
• Make sure deal information is complete and accurate.
• Review SKUs, pricing, and licensing information.
• Reconcile financial information and identify discrepancies.
• Work with Sales, Finance, and other teams to resolve issues.
• Manage multiple requests and prioritize based on urgency.
• Support Sales throughout the deal process.
• Help maintain accurate CRM and deal information.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in Sales Operations, Deal Management, Renewal Management, Business Operations, Sales, or Finance.
• Experience working with a fast-paced Sales team.
• Experience with Salesforce or another CRM.
• Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks.
• Comfortable working with different teams.
• Basic knowledge of Google Sheets and Google Docs.

Nice to Have

• Knowledge of the Quote-to-Cash (Q2C) process.
• Experience with SaaS or software sales.
• Understanding of software pricing and licensing models.
