Position Summary We are seeking a Project Manager – Lending Transformation to support strategic initiatives within the Commercial Lending business across the US and Canada. The Project Manager will provide project management expertise across multiple workstreams, drive key program objectives, coordinate cross-functional stakeholders, and ensure successful execution of transformational projects. This role offers the opportunity to work on high-profile transformation initiatives, collaborate with diverse business and technology teams, and engage with senior stakeholders across the organization.
Key Responsibilities
Lead large-scale and complex projects involving multiple internal and external stakeholders and matrix partners.
Define, plan, coordinate, and deliver assigned strategic projects while ensuring all project components are completed successfully.
Partner with Change Management, Process, Technology, and other project leads to achieve desired business outcomes.
Manage the complete project lifecycle, including planning, execution, monitoring, transition, and closure.
Work with business, corporate, and IT partners to ensure project activities and deliverables are completed according to established requirements.
Build and maintain effective relationships with stakeholders at all organizational levels, including senior executives.
Develop clear project scope, objectives, deliverables, and measurable business benefits.
Ensure alignment between business objectives, project scope, and expected outcomes.
Lead project governance forums, including Steering Committees, Operating Committees, and Decision Forums.
Represent the project in various governance and cross-functional forums.
Manage project scope, timelines, costs, resources, risks, and quality to ensure commitments are achieved.
Define and track project milestones while maintaining an integrated project delivery plan.
Develop and maintain project artifacts, including project charters, integrated plans, resource plans, contingency plans, and other project management documentation.
Ensure compliance with applicable project management, risk, audit, and regulatory standards.
Monitor and control project performance and identify potential issues or risks.
Provide recommendations and project updates to senior leadership and accountable executives.
Prepare and communicate regular project status reports.
Contribute to project management best practices and support consistency, transparency, and execution excellence across projects.
