Position Summary We are seeking a highly organized, execution-oriented Finance Systems Analyst to support Core Finance participation in commercial launches, enterprise system initiatives, and cross-functional transformation projects. This individual will serve as an execution partner to the Finance Transformation team, helping reduce the operational burden on Core Finance Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) by owning the tactical work required to successfully support commercial launches, User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and cross-functional project execution.
The ideal candidate is someone who can take ambiguous conversations and complex projects and create structure, organization, and accountability. They are comfortable working across Finance, Product Management, Engineering, Program Management, and Accounting & Revenue Operations, ensuring Finance deliverables remain organized, documented, tracked, and completed. This role enables Finance SMEs to focus on strategic business process design, requirements analysis, and decision-making while this individual drives execution.
Support Finance readiness for commercial product and go-to-market launches.
Coordinate Finance activities across Product Management, Engineering, Finance PMO, and Accounting & Revenue Operations.
Organize Finance deliverables, dependencies, risks, milestones, and open issues throughout project lifecycles.
Track action items, decisions, owners, due dates, and follow-up activities to ensure execution stays on schedule.
Help maintain project momentum by proactively driving outstanding work items to completion.
User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
Coordinate internal Finance participation in User Acceptance Testing.
Collect screenshots, testing evidence, validation documentation, and supporting artifacts where needed.
Document defects and coordinate issue resolution within internal team.
Support post-deployment validation activities
Documentation & Knowledge Management
Produce clear meeting notes that capture:
Decisions made
Open questions
Risks
Dependencies
Action items
Owners
Due dates
Create project trackers and maintain centralized documentation.
Develop process maps, user guides, business continuity documentation, and training materials.
Organize information from multiple stakeholders into concise, actionable documentation.
Operational & Project Support Support Finance transformation initiatives through:
Roadmap coordination
Process documentation
Data gathering and validation
Status reporting
Project administration
Ad hoc operational support
Primary Areas of Focus The primary focus is understanding how commercial business events flow into Finance rather than configuring downstream ERP functionality. The primary objective of this role is reducing execution burden for Finance SMEs by owning operational activities such as:

Required Qualifications Experience
5–10 years supporting Finance systems, Finance Operations, Business Systems, Program Management, or enterprise transformation initiatives.
Experience supporting enterprise software implementations or commercial product launches.
Experience coordinating work across multiple business and technical organizations.
Experience supporting User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and business validation.
Experience managing project execution activities across multiple concurrent initiatives.
Preferred Experience Strong experience in several of the following areas:
Offer-to-Price
Quote-to-Cash
Order-to-Cash
Commercial product launches
Finance transformation
Cross-system validation
Defect management
Issue tracking
Program coordination
Process mapping
Business documentation
User guide development
Jira, Azure DevOps, ServiceNow, or similar tracking tools
SAP ECC or SAP S/4 (working knowledge preferred—not configuration expertise)
