Support the business side of Pharmacy Operations; ideal candidates will have warehouse or inventory experience.
Process supplier delivery receipt information in the perpetual inventory system and ensure all receiving paperwork is reviewed, completed, and filed accurately.
Resolve delivery issues between the receiving department, purchasing, inventory team, and suppliers while assisting with daily procurement tasks.
Serve as the primary point of contact for resolving issues between the receiving department, purchasing, inventory team, and suppliers.
Review and verify all receipt data and receiving documentation before accurately entering it into the perpetual inventory system and releasing purchase orders (POs).
Resolve paperwork, supplier, and shipment issues, including:
Missing PO numbers
Missing packing lists
Missing or incorrect shipment information
Missing totes or bottles
Mis-scanned inventory items
Verify mis-scanned items with the receiving supervisor, lead, or manager.
Log and process short-dated, overage, shortage, and damaged items received on purchase orders.
Communicate inventory discrepancies with receiving supervisors, buyers, and suppliers.
Update inventory systems and process site-specific damaged, expired, and discontinued drug inventory.

Education & Experience
High School Diploma or GED.
Minimum of 1 year of relevant warehouse, inventory, or related experience.
