Job Title: Project & Business Analyst/ HR Services Support 3 Location: S Federal Way, Boise, ID 83716 Duration: 12 months assignment Shift/ Schedule: 40 hrs per week
Job Description: Seeking an experienced Project & Business Analyst to support enterprise learning and HR technology initiatives. This role will support GTM with system implementations, testing, documentation, governance, reporting, and operational readiness activities. The ideal candidate has experience supporting enterprise software implementations and can effectively bridge business and technical teams to drive project execution and successful outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
Support project planning, execution, status tracking, and workstream coordination.
Gather, document, and manage business and system requirements.
Maintain project documentation, process flows, governance materials, operating procedures, and decision logs.
Lead and coordinate testing activities, including UAT, test case development, defect tracking, and validation.
Track risks, issues, dependencies, decisions, and action items.
Support reporting, KPI development, and data validation efforts.
Coordinate activities across HR, Workforce Development, IT, business stakeholders, vendors, and implementation partners.
Support communications, training, change management, and operational readiness efforts.
Assist with system implementation, configuration validation, integrations testing, and production readiness activities.
Required Qualifications:
2+ years of experience in project management, business analysis, systems analysis, or enterprise software implementations.
Strong requirements gathering, process documentation, and technical writing skills.
Experience leading or coordinating UAT, and system testing activities.
Strong stakeholder management, organization, and communication skills.
Experience working with both business and technical teams.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with learning technologies, HR systems, LMS, LXP, talent, or workforce development platforms.
Experience supporting system integrations and vendor implementations.
Experience with reporting, analytics, and KPI development.
Familiarity with Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid project methodologies.
