Role: SAP S/4HANA PTR – Business Readiness Lead / Consultant (Module Launch Readiness)
Location: Onsite at Dearborn, Michigan (Client Office)

Note: Senior resources are required as this role predominantly works with business stakeholders. Candidates must possess excellent communication skills.

Role Purpose
The SAP S/4HANA PTR – Business Readiness Lead / Consultant will support the launch of SAP/System capabilities for the IERP program. The role focuses on readiness, delivery execution, validation, and go-live coordination to ensure the assigned SAP module or technical component is successfully launched with controlled risks and clear ownership.

Required Skill Set

• SAP Plan-to-Report (P2R) Business Readiness skills, including expertise in Financial Accounting (FI), Controlling (CO), Record-to-Report processes, period-end close, reconciliations, and financial reporting.
• Strong capabilities in business process readiness, data validation, UAT/testing, change management, user training, and cutover planning.
• Knowledge of internal controls, compliance, governance, and post-go-live hypercare support to ensure accurate financial operations and successful ERP adoption.

Launch Responsibilities

• Lead business readiness for SAP module launch, including process walkthroughs, impact assessment, UAT coordination, stakeholder readiness, training inputs, and cutover adoption activities.
• Partner with business SMEs, product teams, integration teams, and program governance stakeholders to close launch risks, dependencies, and open decisions.
• Prepare and maintain functional/technical documentation, test evidence, cutover inputs, issue logs, readiness checkpoints, and launch sign-off materials.
• Drive defect triage and resolution coordination during SIT, UAT, dress rehearsal, cutover, and post-launch stabilization windows.
