Seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead Inventory Planning & Replenishment (IP&R) initiatives for a retail/supply chain organization. This role will drive projects focused on inventory optimization, demand forecasting, replenishment processes, and supply chain transformation while partnering with Supply Chain, Merchandising, Operations, IT, and business teams.

Key Responsibilities

Manage end-to-end IP&R projects from planning through implementation.
Drive initiatives around inventory optimization, forecasting, replenishment accuracy, and process improvements.
Lead cross-functional teams across Supply Chain, Operations, Merchandising, and IT.
Manage project plans, timelines, risks, dependencies, budgets, and stakeholder communications.
Support requirements gathering, solution design, testing, UAT, deployment, and post-go-live activities.
Track inventory KPIs including forecast accuracy, service levels, inventory turns, and stock availability.
Lead governance meetings, executive reporting, and change management activities.

Required Qualifications

7+ years of Project Management experience in Supply Chain, Inventory Planning, or Replenishment.
Strong understanding of demand forecasting, inventory optimization, replenishment processes, and supply chain planning.
Experience managing enterprise projects involving business and technology teams.
Experience with system implementations, enhancements, UAT, and Agile/Waterfall delivery.
Strong communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Experience

Experience with Supply Chain Planning platforms such as:
Blue Yonder (JDA), SAP IBP/APO, Kinaxis, o9 Solutions, Manhattan Planning, Oracle Retail Planning, Logility, RELEX, or similar solutions.
