Job Summary Our client is seeking an experienced Product Manager to lead the strategy, execution, and optimization of AI-powered customer engagement solutions. This role will partner with business and technology leadership to shape intelligent digital experiences that improve customer satisfaction, increase operational efficiency, and drive measurable business outcomes. The Product Manager will own the vision and roadmap for AI-driven products, including:
Customer-facing AI chatbots across digital and voice channels
AI-powered agent assistance tools that provide real-time guidance, recommendations, and conversation support for customer service representatives
This position requires a strategic product leader who can translate business needs into scalable AI-enabled solutions while collaborating across business, technology, UX, and operations teams.
Key Responsibilities
Lead large-scale digital transformation initiatives involving people, processes, and technology.
Define product vision, strategy, roadmap, and business cases for AI-powered customer experience solutions.
Gather business requirements and customer insights to identify product opportunities.
Own and prioritize the product backlog based on business value and strategic objectives.
Partner with executive leadership, business stakeholders, UX, engineering, and technology teams throughout the product lifecycle.
Drive product execution from ideation through delivery and adoption.
Establish KPIs and experience metrics to measure product success.
Perform cost-benefit analyses and evaluate business impact of proposed initiatives.
Manage project risks, dependencies, governance activities, and executive status reporting.
Lead initiatives through governance and steering committee processes.
Mentor junior product team members and contribute to product management best practices.
Required Qualifications Experience
6+ years of Product Management or related experience.
Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
Product Management
Experience managing products from strategy through delivery.
Strong understanding of AI technologies and cloud-based solutions.
Experience building and maintaining product roadmaps.
Ability to define features, prioritize work, and align execution with business goals.
Experience leading or partnering with Product Owners and Agile teams.
Leadership & Collaboration
