Job Title: Project/Program Manager II Duration: 12 mons Location: Nashville, TN (3days onsite)
About: This position is responsible for orchestrating the successful execution of Last Mile Retrofits, Expansions, Initiatives (REI). The individual in this role will demonstrate exceptional organizational abilities and strategic thinking while managing multiple stakeholders, timelines, and deliverables. The role demands someone who can navigate ambiguity, make sound decisions under pressure, and drive results through effective team leadership and resource management. Responsibilities:
50% meetings, 50% managing tasks, hosting meetings, writing documentation, cross functional (Equal parts collaboration and execution — facilitating cross-functional meetings and driving alignment on one side; managing tasks, owning documentation, and keeping programs on track on the other)
• Coordinate and oversee all phases of project and program execution to ensure timely and successful completion • Establish realistic deadlines and milestones while maintaining alignment with organizational priorities • Assign tasks and responsibilities to team members based on skills, capacity, and project requirements • Monitor project progress continuously and identify potential risks or roadblocks before they impact delivery • Track and summarize project status, metrics, and key performance indicators for stakeholder communication • Prepare comprehensive reports and presentations for senior leadership detailing project status, challenges, and outcomes • Lead and direct the work of team members, providing guidance, support, and performance feedback • Facilitate communication and collaboration among cross-functional teams and departments • Manage project scope, budget, and resources to optimize efficiency and effectiveness • Implement best practices and methodologies to improve project delivery processes
Required Skills: • 2+ years of Project / Program Management • Excellent organizational and time management abilities • Superior written and verbal communication skills • Advanced problem-solving and critical thinking skills • Ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously in a fast-paced environment • Proficient in project planning and execution methodologies • Strong analytical skills with attention to detail • Ability to build and maintain relationships with diverse stakeholders • Strategic thinking with a results-oriented mindset • Adaptability and flexibility in dynamic situations
Preferred Qualifications: • PMP certification and or related experience is a nice to have • 2+ years of running end to end projects • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field
