Why We Need You

The PC Tasker provides vital administrative and operational support to senior team members, ensuring the smooth and timely completion of essential project-related and ad-hoc tasks. This is an entry-level, hourly role suited for candidates who are comfortable with high-volume, detail-oriented tasks, and are seeking to support business operations, while developing professional skills in a fast-paced environment.

You’ll work largely independently once tasks are clarified, managing your own time and priorities while keeping stakeholders updated on progress.

1x Project Coordinator Task Support (EST Time, 9am to 5pm)
1x Project Coordinator Task Support (CET Time, 9am to 5pm)

Key Responsibilities

• Complete assigned ad-hoc and recurring tasks from senior team members accurately and efficiently.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure project success.
• Perform day-to-day administrative duties such as document preparation, data entry, basic reporting, scheduling, and information gathering.
• Support ongoing project and operational work as needed.
• Communicate regularly with task requesters on progress and deadlines.
• Uphold project deadlines, managing multiple tasks in parallel, and escalating delays or issues when necessary.
• Assist with basic follow-ups and reminders to ensure smooth workflow.
• Some individual tasks may take up to 6 hours to complete; time management and focus are essential.

About You

• Detail-oriented approach to completing tasks thoroughly.
• Willingness to learn and ask questions where instructions are unclear.

• Ability to troubleshoot technical issues and solve problems independently.
• Basic data analysis and visualization skills (e.g., building simple trackers, summaries, or charts in Google Sheets or Excel).

Must-Haves

• 2+ years of experience in coordination, operations, administration, or support roles
• Native-level English
• Comfort navigating a modern SaaS environment and learning new product functionality quickly.
• Comfort working in a remote?first, async?heavy environment, collaborating across teams and time zones.
• Experience with at least one collaboration/workflow tool ecosystem (e.g., Google Workspace, Slack, Linear, Notion, Jira, Asana, or similar)
• Demonstrated ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks/priorities against deadlines
• Experience maintaining trackers, task lists, dashboards, or basic reports (Excel, Google Sheets, or similar)
• Willingness to work across a wide variety of subjects and use cases.

Nice-to-Haves

• Familiarity with multiple tool types across different roles
• Prior experience with detail-critical tasks
• Exposure to high-volume, repetitive task environments
• Demonstrated experience using AI tools in day?to?day work
• Interest in Learning & Development, customer education, or enablement
• Experience with LMS/LXP or other learning platforms
• Experience working with international/multinational customers or in a global company with cross-timezone collaboration

You will get onboarding to our product but a degree of tech-savviness is crucial. Coding skills are not required
• Are you able to have a response time of 1-2h (ideally less than 1h) during regular working days/hours for email and Slack messages? 
• Describe your recent experience with similar projects, especially those involving high-volume, routine, detail-oriented tasks (e.g., data entry, documentation, ticket handling, scheduling).
