Responsibilities Own End-to-End Fulfillment Execution Execute and manage fulfillment transactions within NetSuite, including Contract Manufacturing Purchase Orders (CMPOs), order validations and changes, manual fulfillments, and shipment coordination. Ensure accuracy across pricing, product configurations, and logistics details to meet global delivery commitments. Manage High-Volume Operational Workflows Handle a high volume of order transactions and fulfillment activities while maintaining strong accuracy and attention to detail. Work directly in ERP systems to process, update, and validate orders as part of daily operational execution. Manage Expedites and Operational Escalations Monitors expedite requests and operational escalations, coordinating with Supply Chain, Logistics, and Sales teams to prioritize urgent orders, resolve fulfillment blockers, and maintain transparency on shipment timelines. Serve as a Point of Contact for Order Inquiries Respond to order-related inquiries submitted through the Fulfillment team alias in a timely manner. Provide guidance to internal stakeholders and, when applicable, external partners by addressing questions directly or routing requests to the appropriate workflow, team, or system process. Partner Cross-Functionally to Resolve Order Issues Collaborate closely with Sales, Theater Ops, Finance, Supply Chain, and Logistics teams to resolve order discrepancies, clarify fulfillment requirements, and support timely shipment execution. Monitor Backlog and Order Health Track and manage order backlog within NetSuite, including monitoring B2B EDI transactions, managing expedite requests, and identifying operational risks that could impact delivery timelines. Ensure Data Integrity and Compliance Maintain strong accuracy across order configurations, Bills of Materials (BOM), pricing structures, and system records to ensure orders comply with operational and financial standards. Support Operational Improvements Identify opportunities to streamline fulfillment processes, improve documentation, and support reporting initiatives using tools such as Tableau and internal systems.
Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Operations Management, Finance, Information Systems, or a related field preferred Advanced English B2+ or C1 85-90% 4+ years of relevant experience in fulfillment, order management, supply chain, logistics, or sales operations in a global environment. Experience working within ERP systems such as NetSuite and CRM platforms such as Salesforce. Proficiency with Google Workspace tools, including Google Sheets, Docs, and Slides, to manage operational trackers, documentation, reporting, and presentations. Experience using reporting or workflow tools such as Tableau, Smartsheet, or Asana is a plus. Proven ability to manage high-volume transactional workflows while maintaining precision and accountability in a fast-paced operational environment. Strong communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work effectively across Sales, Theater Ops, Finance, Supply Chain, and Logistics teams. Experience identifying operational inefficiencies, improving documentation, and contributing to process enhancements that help scale fulfillment operations. Ability to remain organized and responsive while managing shifting priorities, time-sensitive shipments, and operational escalations, particularly during quarter-end revenue cycles.
